Sometimes life can leave us feeling overwhelmed, lost or confused. Maybe you don’t know what is going on, but you can’t shake the feeling that something isn’t right and it’s beginning to take over your day to day life and block any enjoyment. Sometimes we feel stuck in a place that we just can’t move forward from, and there’s no end in sight. Even when we have support from friends and family there can be times when it just doesn’t feel right to say how you really feel for fear of hurting their feelings or not being understood.

Using a Person-Centred approach to work on the matters that you feel are the most important, I can offer you a non-judgemental and safe environment. We are all unique and approach hurdles differently, but working at your own pace, I can offer you a warm, compassionate, and confidential space to help you unlock your ability to make decisions and find your way forward whether you’d like to meet in person, online, or outside into nature.
